These are easy to make up ahead of time and store, heat up and go when you and your family are in a hurry!

Here is how I put these scrumptious sliders together!

Ingredients: Breakfast Sausage Sliders

  • 12 eggs
  • 15 oz sausage pattys
  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 10 American cheese sliced
  • salt and pepper

Garlic Butter

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions: Breakfast Sausage Sliders

  • Preheat Oven to 350
  • In a skillet scramble 12 eggs and salt and pepper to taste
  • Spray a 9×13 dish with non stick sprat and add bottom of buns to the bottom of the pan
  • Add one sausage patty to each bun (no need to heat up)
  • then add scrambled eggs to the top of the sausage
  • Add sliced cheese to the top to cover all 12 rolls – for me this was about 10 slices
  • Once cheese has been added, place on the tops of the buns
  • Butter melted in a small bowl and add garlic and onion powder and mix well.
  • Baste on top of the rolls
  • Cover sliders with foil and bake for 7-10 mins for cheese to melt
  • Take out of oven and enjoy!
