Oh my goodness, you have to try these Brownie Cookies! They are so easy to put together and I put a patriotic spin on them by adding red, white and blue m&m's! They not only taste amazing, they perfect for entertaining or bringing to the 4th of July cook out AND they are only 3 ingredients! Oh and did I mention, you can make these delicious brownie cookies in one bowl! Yup, one bowl! Scrumptious and easy to clean up makes these brownie cookies a big crazy busy mama win!

I mean look how fun these are, and they will tantalize your taste buds too!

Serve them with a side of patriotic M&M's and you will be the hostess with the mostess for this 4th of July cookout! These are also a great cookie to have your kiddos help you put together in the kitchen. I don't know a mama who doesn't love to create memories with her kiddos in the kitchen, especially when it is as easy as this one bowl brownie cookie recipe! Then when you add parchment paper to those baking sheets it makes clean up an absolute breeze!

Ok mama, here is how I put these easy brownie cookies together!

Ingredients: Brownie Cookies

  • 18.3 oz brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

Check out those fresh farm eggs below. It is really this simple, just 3 ingredients!

Instructions: Brownie Cookies

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • To a bowl add brownie mix, vegetable oil and two large eggs
  • Stir and combine ingredients until a soft dough forms
  • *you can stir in 3/4 cup patriotic m&m's into the dough however, I waited until the cookies were done and still warm and added them to the top because I used brownie mix with chocolate chunks in the mix.
  • Using a medium cookie scoop drop 1 – 1 1/2 thick brownie batter cookie dough balls on to sheet pan about 2 inches apart
  • Bake for about 10 minutes and check them. If they are not set up yet add a minute or two and keep on eye on them
  • Remove from oven and set cookie sheet on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before transferring cookies to serving dish and Enjoy

You can make these brownie cookies ahead of time and store them on kitchen counter for a few days or freeze them for up to 3 months in an airtight container.
