These buffalo chicken bites are perfect appetizer for any occasion!!
Game Day, New Years Eve, Holiday celebration or any celebration these will be a hit!!
Here is how I did it:
Ingredients:
12 Wonton Wrappers
Can of Chicken ( 2-3 shredded chicken breasts)
1 brick of cream cheese- 8 oz softened
1/2 cup of Franks Red Hot
1/2 cup of Ranch (or Blue Cheese)
1/2 cup Monterey Jack shredded cheese
Directions:
Mix all above ingredients together and then take each wonton wrapper and wet each side with water. I usually keep a small bowl of water that I can dip my fingers in and wet each side. Take a spoonful of mixture and place in center of wonton wrapper pinch up sides together and the wetness will allow them to stick together. Once you have the wonton wrappers stuffed with mixture and pinched up on sides they are ready to be placed in the air fryer. Air Fryers are a perfect way to enjoy fried foods without all the fried and are much healthier for you! With a house full of teens use ours daily!

Warning…These are delicious so you might want to double up on that recipe because these will go quick! I always like to serve mine with ranch or blue cheese for dipping and a side of raw carrots with celery too!
Can also put these in the oven too! May need to adjust time. Just bake until bubbly!

- 12.5 oz Chicken Can of White Chunk or can also use 2-3 chicken breasts shredded
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1/2 cup Hot Sauce I like Franks
- 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing or you can use Blue Cheese dressing
- 1/2 cup Montery Jack Cheese shredded
