I love using my crockpot as it makes dinner so simple, and I’m always looking for easy recipes to add to our rotation. This one is so good! Tons of flavor and very tender! My family of 8 requested it again! Thank you!

I saw this on Lori’s Facebook stories yesterday and ran to the store to buy a brown gravy packet! I bought a 3 pound pack of beef stew meat at Sam’s last month and split it in half so I had about a pound and a half in my freezer. I pulled it out yesterday tossed this in the crockpot this morning. It literally took 3 minutes. I also only used a half stick of butter and added a little beef broth. It took about 3 hours to cook and my house smells amazing!! Can’t wait to eat this over some mashed potatoes tonight when I get home from work!!
