Calling all Cake Pops lovers! You have to make these. When my kids were younger, they always begged for me to get them a cake pop from Starbucks and maybe once in a blue moon I would oblige.. that is until I figured out how easy they were to make. Mama, these so easy and delicious! You will love these 3 ingredient cake pops!
And the fun part to these is you can use a variety of sprinkles to them making them perfect for any occasion.
Get your kids involved making these with you. Not only will they love the easy process especially the dunking and sprinkles but enjoying the finished result too! And the best news is these are virtually mess free and NO baking required.
Ingredients: Cake Pops
- 10 frosted sugar cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 10 oz melting wafers I used white chocolate
*optional sprinkles
Instructions: Cake Pops
- Place 10 frosted sugar cookies in kitchen-aid mixer along with softened cream cheese
- Mix until well combined.
- Then take 2 tsp worth of dough and shape into balls and place them on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Once you have all shaped into balls on sheet pan, you should have roughly 15 you will want to place them in the freezer on the tray for about 10 minutes.
- In the microwave melt the chocolate melts per instructions make sure to use 50% power and check about every 30 seconds or so. Don't walk away chocolate melts will burn very quickly.
- Take wooden skewers (you can also use cake pop sticks) and pierce each ball
- Then take the skewered. ball and dip in melting wafers, placing them back on a sheet pan lined for easy clean up.
- Then quickly add a variety of sprinkles to the top while chocolate is still wet.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 10 minutes until chocolate hardens.
- Then take them out and enjoy
