If there’s one thing every busy mom needs, it’s a quick and easy meal that can easily feed a crowd! Enter: Cheeseburger Wonton Bites! Whether you're feeding a hungry crowd or just trying to get dinner on the table fast, Cheeseburger Wonton Bites are a lifesaver.

Being a sports house, we regularly host watch parties for games; and I wouldn't have it any other way! I love having a home where people want to be. Whether that be my children and their friends, or our couple friends, or both! I think having a group really can help ease the strain of parenting that we all feel at times. Or maybe your group is made up of family, which is a blessing in itself!

Having a group of people you love gives you the “village” we are always hearing about. It truly does take a village, and supporting each other as moms and friends is something I truly believe we each should strive to do each and every day! Because when it comes down to it, you get to choose, and like the old saying goes, “you are the company you keep.” So take time to develop and foster relationships with other parents and truly get a first class seat to your life and how much your village will end up meaning to you once all of the dust has settled!

The first time I made these yummy Cheeseburger Wonton Bites was for a neighborhood watch party when the kids were little. Before we moved into our forever home, we lived in the sweetest neighborhood full of families with children around the ages of ours. It felt like a neighborhood straight out of the movies, the kids were always outside playing together and the parents all became friends and so we would spend just about every free weekend outside with each other. If you live in a neighborhood like this, you know how valuable those friendships become! If you don't have a neighborhood like that, or you seem to struggle with finding mom friends, don't be afraid to put yourself out there! Whether it be Church, or Mother's Day Out pickup; just join in on the fellowship with other parents! You never know when a beautiful friendship may be born!

Well, seeing as how we were all young parents, working hard to provide for our families, we always would bring a dish or something to add to the table for any gathering we had. We did that to take some of the pressure off of the hosting family! Well I knew we needed something substantial enough to fill up lots of hungry tummies, but I also knew we didn't need to be spending any extra money on the things we brought to the table.

So I decided to stretch the ground beef and make Cheeseburger Wonton Bites instead of burgers and they were a HUGE hit with the entire neighborhood!!

So let's grab those ingredients and get cooking! Here is how I did it…

Cook and crumble ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. I use this meat masher almost every day! It is a must for every Crazy Busy Mama.

Add Onion Powder and Garlic Powder

Add Roasted garlic sauce and mix well into the beef

Take the wonton wrappers and place a spoonful of the cooked meat mixture onto the wrapper. (wet the wonton wrappers to get the corners to stick when closing)

Top with shredded cheese. I love this cheese wheel. It makes shredding cheese so simple and is dishwasher safe!

Pinch the sides of the wontons closed

Place in the air fryer and top with some cooking spray for crunch

Cook on 400 degrees for about 8-10 minutes

ENJOY!
