When you have a crowd to feed this one’s always a hit!! I mean who doesn’t love big Mac, and who doesn’t look sliders? So these two pair perfectly together, especially for those teens! Not to mention, Sundays are a perfect day for an easy Slider Dinner! We call them Slider Sunday!

Even if it is a last minute idea, you probably have most of the ingredients at home which is a Crazy Busy Mama win! I promise you won’t regret making these, but I promise once you do, they’ll be begging for more!!

Oh and if you don't have a glass pyrex dish this ONE is a must! Its deep and perfect for sliders and all sorts of casseroles too!

So without further ado… Here is how I did it:

Ingredients:

2 packages Slider Rolls ( I used Hawaiian rolls- 12 count)

1 1/2- 2 lbs of burger I just grounded it up

(I used 2 lbs for 24 sliders)

1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder

1 1/2 tsp of onion powder

Pepper to taste

4 slices of American cheese blended in meat

6-8 slices of American cheese

Sliced Dill pickles

Sauce:

1/2 cup of Mayo

2 Tbsp of ketchup

1 teaspoon mustard

1 1/2 Tbsp Sweet relish

Preheat oven to 350

Ground burger together in a non stick skillet. I love this big one here makes cooking big meals easy! Link HERE! Its amazing!

And this meat chopper is a game changer for cooking up burger! Seriously life changing! I know sounds ridiculous but love it! I have several in my kitchen because I love it so much. If you don’t have one, I highly recommend grabbing it HERE

Looking for a Hack?? Check this out!

This is the perfect hack for getting grease out of your hamburger. Just tilt your pan to the side to get grease to drain then grab a few paper towels and soak it up. Then take the soaked paper towel and throw in the trash Makes clean up a breeze!!

Add all ingredients to meat mixture and once cooked set aside and mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl.

Once meat is cooked and sauce is ready grab those rolls and slice them in half.

Spray with nonstick a 9×13 casserole dish and put first layer of buns down. I needed two because of making 24. Place American cheese slices down on buns then

layer with meat mixture. Once meat is down add the “special sauce” then layer sliced pickles as many or as little as you like. Place buns on top with a 1/4 cup butter melted and baste on top. To the top of those buns shake on Sesame seeds.

Cover & Bake 350 for 5-7 mins until cheese melted (uncover for last few mins to get a nice toasted golden brown bun.

Take the tops off (be careful they are hot) put shredded lettuce down and place them back on top.

Pair with homemade fries or tots & enjoy!!

For those who love a step step tutorial here is one for you ??
