These are the easiest dessert to put together and one everyone will love!

Ok mama, here is how I put these easy scrumptious Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches together!
Ingredients: Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches
- 16 oz chocolate chips cookies
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 3 oz sprinkles patriotic
Instructions: Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches
- Preheat Oven to 350
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place cookies on parchment sheet
- Bake 350 cookies for about 12 mins until done
- Take patriotic sprinkles and pour them on a plate mixing together
- Once cookies are done allow them to cool then take a scoop of vanilla ice cream and sandwich the ice cream between two cookies
- Once you have the chocolate chip cookie sandwiches assembled, roll them in the sprinkles until ice cream is covered
- Wrap each cookie in foil and place in freezer
- Allow them to set up in freezer for an hour and enjoy!
