This Cinnamon French Toast Bake is the easiest thing to throw together when you have last minute guests or just want to enjoy together just as a family on those slower mornings. Even if you are needing a breakfast on the go, you can bake then let them cook and easily wrap them up to grab on the go as needed. However you decide to enjoy, you and your family or guests will enjoy it!

Ok, here is how I put this Cinnamon French Toast Bake together it only takes a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients: Cinnamon French Toast Bake
- 16 cinnamon rolls – 2 cans
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
Egg Mixture
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions: Cinnamon French Toast Bake
- In a 9X13 Dish place 1/4 cup of melted butter on the bottom of dish
- Take cinnamon rolls and cut each into 8 pieces each and place in the bottom of the 9X13 dish
- In a medium bowl crack 6 eggs, add whipping cream, cinnamon and vanilla and whisk well
- Pour egg mixture over the biscuits in the 9×13 dish
- Then drizzle maple syrup or honey and sprinkle with pecans
- Bake in oven at 375 for 25 mins until done
- When done pour over icing over the entire dish
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and serve
I like to cut mine like a cake in a 9X13, but I bet would be fantastic in a bundt pan too

You can place 9X13 pan in oven with butter while it pre-heats and it will melt the butter. Melt the icing in the microwave it is much easier to drizzle over the cooked bake prior to serving
