Ok mamas, here is how I put the Crack Chicken Casserole together!

Ingredients: Crack Chicken Casserole

  • Rotisserie Chicken shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 10.5 cream of chicken
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 pieces bacon crumbled
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 16.3 oz grand biscuits cut into quarters
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter melted

Instructions: Crack Chicken Casserole

  • Preheat Oven to 375
  • Shred rotisserie chicken and place in a large skillet over medium heat
  • Add cream cheese cubed along with cream of chicken soup and water
  • Combine all ingredients into chicken well
  • Bring chicken mixture to a simmer and take off heat
  • Cook 8 pieces of bacon on stovetop or use bacon wizard for ease for crispy bacon in microwave. Once cooked to desire, take bacon pieces and crumble them and set aside.

Pictured Below is the BACON WIZARD I love to use- makes crisp bacon in no time!

  • In a greased 9X13 add chicken mixture into dish
  • Add shredded cheddar cheese to the top
  • Sprinkle bacon pieces over the entire top of the chicken mixture
  • Top with 1 can of grand biscuits cut into quarter size pieces and cover the entire 9X13 dish
  • Brush top of the biscuits with melted butter
  • Bake at 375 for 15 mins – or until biscuits are cooked thoroughly

The biscuits should be slightly golden brown. I also used flakey biscuits. I am sure any canned biscuits will do, I just prefer the layers.

Now it is time to dig in and enjoy this deliciousness!

Side Idea:

Pair with any steamed veggie or a side salad for the perfect home cooked meal.

I made this! Easy and so delicious. I halved it this last time, since the 3 kids weren’t home. I should have still made the whole thing for leftovers. Love this recipe. Just shared it with my sister:)
