This Crockpot Cobbler is ONE you will want to PIN and make for this fall weather. It is a perfect dessert for this time of year and delicious alone or served al'a mode. I mean who doesn't LOVE warm cobbler over ice cream. OH MY YUM!!

Ingredients: Crockpot Cobbler

1 cup fresh cranberries

2 granny smith apples

1/4 cup sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

Cobbler

1/2 cup butter softened

1 cup oats

1 cup brown sugar

2 tbsp flour

1/4 tsp ground cloves

1/2 tsp nutmeg

Instructions: Crockpot Cobbler

Wash and rise cranberries and cub up apples on a cutting board

Place washed fruit in the bottom of your greased crockpot (to avoid sticking)

Once fruit is in the crockpot pace over the top sugar and cinnamon.

Next step is to create the crumble topping.

Crumble Topping

In a bowl mix oatmeal, flour, brown sugar,sugar, nutmeg and softened butter together well. I do this with my hands but you could also do it with a wooden spoon.


Once you mix the crumble (instructions below) place on top of the fruit covering entirely

Place a dry paper towel on top of the crockpot prior to placing lid and cook on low for 4-6 hours until fruit is bubbly

When your cobbler is bubbly it is ready to enjoy and serve.
