Cut green onions on a cutting board then add to cream cheese mixture

Set aside one green onion stalk and cut diagonally about 2 inches above top to create a long and shorter steam. Set aside to be used as a garnish when completed

Then take cheese and mix it in to cream cheese and form into a ball with saran wrap

Dorito Pumpkin Cheeseball

Allow cream cheese to set up in fridge for an hour or two (you can also do this before you roll it if the cream cheese is a bit too soft)

Dorito Pumpkin Cheeseball

Once cream cheese has set up, you will unwrap it from saran and then cover with the shredded cheese to cover entire cheeseball

Then take the green onion set aside and create a stem with leaf on pumpkin in the center.

Serve with raw veggies such as celery and carrots or tortilla chips

Side Idea:

This is a delicious dip in by itself! But if you like this you have to try these MONSTER EYE BALL DONUTS they would be super cute adorned on your Char-BOO-terie board!

Crazy Busy Mama Tip:

This is a great cheeseball dip! So easy to throw together and if you use nacho cheddar doritos it will give you the perfect color for a pumpkin. If you were creating a spread for a larger crowd you could do another pumpkin cheeseball with cool ranch dorito giving it a pumpkin patch appearance with all colors of pumpkins. However, you decide to present this will be a dip that everyone will be begging for each and every year!
