So if you are the latter, and have those bananas but not a whole lot of time this recipe is for you! Once your bananas start to look like this – Don't THROW them out! Its time to make some epic banana bread!
I can't decide if I like the loaf or muffins better. I suppose the loaf looks beautiful and the muffins are easy grab and go, which is a plus for our family of 6 and any Crazy Busy Mama who is constantly on the go! The muffins allow you to make some with nuts or chocolate chips and some without. So you will be able to please all those pickiest of eaters in the family! I am loving this KITCHENATICS Nonstick Bakeware Set – HERE – the set as a loaf pan and muffin pan and it comes in fun colors like the turquoise I have pictured below! Doesn't this color just scream..”Oh so Happy!” A little bright fun colors in the kitchen never hurt anyone and might just bring a smile to your face, not to mention how incredibly non stick this carbon steel bakeware set is! The Heavy Duty Professional Kitchen Baking Pan Set comes with a Cookie Sheet Set, Cooking Baking Set, Baking Pans and more! Its truly my favorite for baking!
So which are you… loaf? or individual muffins?
However, you enjoy them- one thing I know for certain is if you are a banana bread lover you will love the ease and deliciousness of this one!
