Ingredients: Flag Cookie
- 16.5 oz sugar cookie dough
Icing
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz cool whip
- 1/2 cup sugar
Toppings
- 8 oz Blueberries
- 1/2 lb Strawberries
- 6 oz Raspberries
Instructions: Flag Cookie
- Preheat Oven to 350
- Roll out dough on round pan
- Bake 9-12 minutes until done
- Let cookie set and cool for 15 minutes
Icing
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and cool whip
- Once combined slowly add sugar and blend until smooth
- Spread icing over the cooled cookie
- Wash fruit and use blueberries for the stars, and raspberries and strawberries for the stripes.
- Slice strawberries long ways to use to decorate as a flag.Then line up raspberries diagonally across.
- Refrigerate covered or
