Did you start off this year with the ‘let's eat healthier this year' mindset? That is sometimes easier said than done; that's why I wanted to share 6 Guilt-Free Slow Cooker Recipes You’ll Love!

Y'all know I love the ease of a Slow Cooker for busy families that are always on the go! But if you are trying to eat healthier and trying to cook something that the whole family will enjoy; a slow cooker option may seem like another box to check in order for the meal to fit your needs. And no one wants to have yet another box to check at dinner time. Well, let me stop you right there! I have got 6 meals that will check all the boxes!!!

Okay since we are talking about healthy eating, I am going to get up on a Mama Soapbox for a minute. While I know we all have a size we would love to be, that is not what eating healthy should be about! Let's change the tone and make it about feeling our best, so we can live our lives to the fullest! Let's remember that our children are looking at us!! Let's be a good example for them to eat healthy for the right reasons. Let's be KIND about our own bodies. Let's work out to be STRONG, not skinny. Let's eat healthy to FEEL OUR BEST, not to be a certain size. Let's wear makeup to feel FANCY not to be pretty. Let's break the cycle for our girls! God made them exactly right, after all we are each made in his image! Just remember how you speak about yourself can easily become the inner monologue your daughter ‘hears' while viewing herself! I think we all can agree that we want our girls to be strong, kind and CONFIDENTLY THEMSELVES! Or in other words absolutely FLAWSOME 💖
