Salad fan? This Italian Chopped salad is like non other you have ever had! This Italian Chopped Salad can be enjoyed as a main meal, side or even awesome on Italian Sub Sliders. Anyway you enjoy this you will be obsessed!
My husband has this Italian Chopped Salad on automatic request. And we don't mind, because we all love it so much.
Mouthwatering right?? I am telling you, you have to try this Italian Chopped Salad. It will quickly become not only a salad favorite but an overall favorite.

Ingredients Italian Chopped Salad
16 oz lettuce shredded
2 Tomato chopped
1/2 lb Salami chopped
1/2 lb Ham chopped
1/2 lb provolone chopped
5 oz pepperoni mini
6 oz peperoncini about a 3rd of a jar
1 cup mayonnaise love Duke's
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
2.25 oz olives sliced
3 tbsp banana pepper juice optional
Instructions of Italian Chopped Salad
While sliders are in the oven mix up dressing
In a small bowl to make Dressing: add mayonnaise mix in olive oil, seasoning, and banana pepper juice (optional) but makes it so yummy!
Chop: tomatoes, banana peppers, salami, ham, provolone
In a larger bowl add lettuce
then add all ingredients including dressing and chopped ingredients in to the bowl of lettuce
mix all ingredients together to make salad
Now its time to enjoy!
