As we finish up the last day of this year, I wanted to take a minute to thank each and every one of you for standing by me through the hardest year of my life. ❤️🩹 The love, support and prayers from each of you has helped me more than I can even express. It has helped me feel less alone, and has helped me feel strong even in the midst of so much sorrow.
The sudden loss of Q completely turned our world upside down. 💔 Grief is such a strange thing. It often feels impossible to define simply, maybe that is because seems to encompass every aspect of our life. There is so much joy in our lives that came from Q, and in his absence I know he would want us to bask in the joy instead of the sorrow. 🙏 On days where that feels impossible, I am clinging to our Lord. He calls us to come to him and he will give us comfort and rest, so I am trying my best to do just that.
As mamas, seeing our children hurt is one of the worst feelings. We want to immediately fix whatever is causing their pain. This is something I cannot fix, I can only support them in their grief journey as I try and navigate my own journey through this overwhelming grief.
So, as we try to get back to these smiles from when our family was complete, THANK YOU for the love. THANK YOU for the support. THANK YOU for the prayers!

You all need to have a pop up gig in Omaha soon. I appreciate your your energy grace and letting our Lord’s beliefs shine through in times of challenges.
Someday you should do a news story mid morning at the Catholic Chapel at Boystown. His light hits the strongest and brightest from the magic of the stained glass windows. And there is so much more! God is in your story. And he won’t ever let go.
Thank you very much!
