Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer Recipe Directions
- In a medium bowl or mason jar combine cream, milk, condensed milk and vanilla in a bowl. Whisk together thoroughly.
- Add pumpkin spices, and whisk to mix.
- Add pumpkin puree and whisk.
- Transfer mixture to a saucepan and begin to heat slowly, continually whisking to incorporate all ingredients
- When the mixture is hot and steaming {but not boiling}, remove off heat and whisk occasionally until completely cooked to prevent a skin from forming on top of mixture
- Store creamer in a lidded container for up to a week {or for the length of time the expiry date reads on the whipping cream container}.
- Shake container with each use as the spices settle when resting.
I used this MASON JAR COLD BREW MAKER for iced coffee absolutely love the ease of it! Also, for the hack I used to not have your coffee iced down I used this ICE TRAY that pops out those coffee cubes easily!
*You can also make this creamer without heating over the stove top like I did in the video if you are on a time crunch, however I do believe the flavors combine a bit better when you cook it for just a few minutes on medium to high heat just remember to not let it boil
So wether you love your Pumpkin Spice Coffee ICED
Or your Pumpkin Spice Coffee Hot
Whichever way you enjoy it, you will be obsessed!
Crazy Busy Mama Tip:
Tired of iced down coffee? Try freezing coffee in your ice cube tray to get the perfect iced coffee each time!
Prior to use, make sure to shake well before each use as the spices have a tendency to settle when sitting in refrigerator.

Love pumpkin spice
This was so easy and yummy! Thanks Lori!
Wow! Just wow! Lori Conway aka Crazy Busy Mama does it again with another delicious recipe!
I tried this for my first time making my own coffee creamer and it is so so so good!
I substituted the sweetened condensed milk for sweetened condensed coconut milk and the heavy cream for some unsweetened almond milk and it turned out absolutely delicious!
Thanks and God Bless 🙏❤️
