Q was a master at wings! Every style of wings he made was somehow mouth watering, but these particular wings were epic! The moment they came off the smoker, they were gobbled up and we asked for more. Truly the best of memories. So if you like wings, you have to try these in honor of my sweet incredible husband.

Don't have a smoker? THIS ONE WOULD MAKE THE PERFECT FATHER's DAY GIFT! It was Q's favorite and made all year round delicious food, especially summer time!
Ingredients: Q's Epic Wings
- 4 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup Japanese Bachan
- 1/2 tbsp Holy Gospel Meat Church Seasoning
You can get the Bachan Marinade HERE and the BBQ rub Seasoning HERE!
Instructions: Q's Epic Wings
- In a baggie marinate wings in Japanese Bachan Sauce enough to cover and coat the wings. Q loved to marinate these overnight, however you can the day of also for at least 2 hours.
- Once you have marinated for the minimum time, you will heat up your smoker to 350
- Season top of wings with Holy Gospel by Meat Church BBQ rub- you can also use your favorite rub seasoning.
- In your smoker this will take about 45 mins, you will want to turn the wings half way through.
- Once you flip wings, season that side as well. Q did it to taste, 1/4 tbsp on each side of wings would probably be enough
- Once the wings reach an internal temp of 160 you will want to take off smoker and place on patter and let them set for about 5 mins util cool enough to enjoy

Don't have a smoker? You can snag one HERE or if not That is ok, you can do these on the grill or even in the oven by placing them on a bar pan at 350 for 40-45 mins until internal temp is 160 – turning half way through cooking time.
