Hey mama, do you love salads? If so, you might have to think outside the box on this one! Red White and Blue Cheesecake Salad may not have veggies in it, but it does have fruit so does that make it a salad? I am sure there could be plenty of debate on this one, none the less this Red White and Blue Cheesecake Salad is absolutely delicious and gives the perfect patriotic touch to your entertaining food spread.

I mean doesn't this look like the best salad you ever laid your hands on? YUM! Salad or not, it is absolutely delicious you have to try it!

Ingredients: Red White and Blue Cheesecake Salad

Simple ingredients yet incredible taste!

Red White and Blue Cheesecake Salad
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla we love sava
  • 16 oz fresh strawberries
  • 11 oz blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 2 tbsp sprinkles patriotic

Instructions: Red White and Blue Cheesecake Salad

  • Prepare and wash berries and dice up strawberries. Once you have done this set them aside 
  • Add cream cheese to a medium size bowl. I LOVE these Viking Bowls HERE with the grip at the bottom so you can mix in bowl without it slipping. They also nest in one another and have lids that fit on them for easy storage. Perfect for prepping, preparing and storing food.
  • and beat it with a hand mixer until creamy

  • Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar and mix well until combined. 
  • Fold in half cool whip to the cream cheese mixture
  • Add diced strawberries, blueberries

  • Add mini marshmallows to cheesecake mixture
  • Add remaining cool whip and stir in patriotic sprinkles. 
  • Serve immediately or let set up in fridge for an hour prior to serving.
