These are so simple to put together and you can get creative together! Your kids will love decorating their own reindeer and then enjoying it for dessert. I mean, they will think you’re the best mom ever!!
Here is how I did it:
Reindeer Rice Krispie Treats Ingredients
Rice Krispy
Mini Marshmallows
Butter
Icing gel
Pretzels
Mini m&m’s
Candy EyeS
Tube icing
Reindeer Rice Krispie Treats Directions
Simply make the rice crispy treats as indicated on the box.
3 tablespoons butter
5-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
6 cups Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal
1. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
2. Add KELLOGG'S® RICE KRISPIES® cereal. Stir until well coated.
3. Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool
Love this big non stick 5 quart saute pan https://amzn.to/3Ne8UIS it fits it all in without spills. Also perfect so many skillet meals for large family’s too!
Then cut the rice krispies in triangles, then you decorate. Just get creative no right or wrong way. That’s the best part!! Break the pretzel into two pieces for the antler and they stick pretty well to the rice Krispy if it is still a bit warm. If not you can use icing to help stick. Candy Eyes secure with icing & mini m&m’s as the nose! I used a red hot for Rudolph’s nose. Again, securing it with icing You could probably use a mini red m&m too just wanted to make it slightly different as the red hot looks like a little lightbulb and I already had them in my pantry ! These are super easy and fun.
So go have some fun in the kitchen with your kiddos and make some rice crispy treats like Rudolph!
