Sheet pan cookies are the best… there is literally a cookie for everyone! So fun making these sheet pan cookies with the Easter theme too!
Think of all the possibilities! Just need some cookie dough, candies or sprinkles and a sheet pan. It's that easy!
Here is the big sheet cookie! ( I forgot to get the end picture, but added this one) Should be more done than this picture. I like to pull my cookies out of the oven a few minutes prior to being fully baked, as they will continue to bake for a few minutes on the counter as they cool off.

Sheet Pan Cookies
Equipment
Ingredients
- 36 oz cookie dough i used chocolate chip and sugar cookie
Variety of Holiday Candies or sprinkles
- peeps
- M&M's
- mini cadbury eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 per package instructions
- Take a sheet pan and press down cookie dough to cover entire pan- I like to use a quarter of the sheet pan for chocolate chip cookie dough but you can use the entire sheet as sugar cookie
- Once you have the sheet pan covered and pressed with cookie dough, you will want to section it out (basically just eye ball it no need to cut ) for the easter spring candies.
- I like to do 6 sections one of m&m's, one with chocolate eggs, one with mini cadbury eggs, one with peeps, and then I used a variety of sprinkles.
- Bake per instructions until dough is cooked. I baked mine for about 15 mins.
