Who else loves an easy slow cooker meal for those crazy busy back to school nights, where life seemingly has you pulled in a dozen different directions? If you answered yes, you will absolutely love the flavor and ease of this easy slow cooker Potato Soup. I know for me slow cooker meals are where it is at and the only thing that helps me to stay sane throughout the busy and cooler months. These meals sure do help us from running through the drive through too!

I especially love dump and go recipes just like this that are ready for us when we get hone from a long day of busy!

Slow Cooker Potato Soup

Ingredients: Slow Cooker Potato Soup

Just a few basic ingredients make this delicious filling slow cooker potato soup!

Slow Cooker Potato Soup

32 oz frozen hasbrowns

8 oz ham diced

32 oz chicken broth low sodium

8 oz cream cheese

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

10 oz cream of chicken

1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions: Slow Cooker Potato Soup

This one is so easy, it is literally a dump and go slow cooker meal!

In your slow cooker add frozen hash browns, diced ham, chicken broth, cream cheese cubed, heavy whipping cream and pepper

Stir in all ingredients together in slow cooker

Cook on low heat for 4-6 hours

This is literally a dump and go recipe! Just dump ingredients in a slow cooker set timer go and when you get home it is ready! It's that easy!

You can also use the O'brien style of hash browns too this will add onion and peppers or you can just regular hash browns. I personally prefer the onions and peppers myself.
