Who loves easy slow cooker meals on those crazy busy nights? If you answered yes, you have to try this Smothered Pork Chops meal! It is comfort food at it's finest and what is the best about it is you literally throw it all in the slow cooker and let it cook while you are away and when you get home you will have a home cooked meal.

I know for me slow cooker meals are where it is at and the only thing that helps me to stay sane throughout the busy and cooler months. These meals sure do help us from running through the drive through too!

This Smothered Pork Chops meal is a variation of the Smothered Chicken here which is delicious too!

Here is how I put together these Smothered Pork Chops with very few ingredients below.

Ingredients: Smothered Pork Chops

2 1/2 lbs pork chops

2 oz dry onion mix

.87 oz pork gravy mix

1 tsp chicken granules can substitute with broth instead of water

1 tsp garlic; powder

10.5 oz cream of chicken

1 cup water

Instructions: Smothered Pork Chops

In your slow cooker add pork chops

Place all ingredients on top of pork.

Place lid on slow cooker and place temp on low for 6-8 hours – or high for 4-6 hours

Once pork is cooked it is ready to serve.

You can leave pork in whole pieces or shred if you are covering it over mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.

Now it is time to enjoy!
