How to Make Starbucks Egg Bites:
Here's the recipe for starbucks egg bites:
Blend (you can whisk too) I prefer blender as it blends the cottage cheese best. Love the ease of this NutriBullet HERE
For ease use silicone liners HERE & once in the muffin tin, fill up liners about 3/4 the way full & add desired toppings
(CBM Tip: If using the same toppings for all you can add along while you mix)
Preheat & Bake 350
13-15 mins until eggs set up
I like to add the cheese after the eggs are cooked and still warm. Just a personal preference. Just easier to see when eggs are set up.
These egg bites will stay good in the refrigerator for 5-7 days – just heat up for 20 seconds and enjoy!
Love these little Perfect protein-packed grab-and-go breakfast for all Crazy Busy Mamas!
CBM tip: You can double the recipe and make extra and put in freezer-safe baggies for up to 3 months. Just take it out and microwave it for 30-45 seconds
