These 4 ingredient Strawberry 🍓 Cool whip cookies are so fun to make and are delicious too!

This is the time you will want to get your kids in the kitchen to help, they will love making these cookies with you and as a crazy busy mama you will love the simplicity of making them. Getting your kids in the kitchen with you baking and cooking is all about creating fun memories you will cherish for a lifetime, not to mention your kids will remember those times to. Ok mama, here is how I made these simply delicious Strawberry Cool Whip Cookies.

Ingredients Strawberry Cool Whip Cookies

  • 15.25 oz Cake Mix Strawberry
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions: Strawberry Cool Whip Cookies

  • Preheat Oven to 350
  • In a mixing bowl combine cake mix and cool whip along with egg
  • Once combined, grab a melon ball scooper and scoop cookie dough and roll into a small bowl of powdered sugar until coated well.
  • Repeat that process until all cookie dough is gone.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place coated cookies on baking sheet
