It's game day and you need to throw together a last minute hot dip? Crazy Busy Mama has got you! This one is a Taco Rotel Dip that will for sure be a fan favorite! The taco meat just adds a little extra to it, and if you are brave enough to try the medium or hot Rotel would even be more of a fire dip, quite literally!

No frills no fess and very minimal ingredients for this taco rotel dip. I said there was only 3, but I think if you were super technical it would be 4 if you had to brown up some taco meat that seasoning would be the 4th ingredient. However, I am using some left over taco meat that I had in the fridge so it makes this dip that much easier to just throw in, turn on and go.

Looks pretty darn delicious doesn't?

Notes

This is an easy minimal ingredient dip that doesn't require anything fancy to serve it in. I always just keep it in my slow cooker and turn temp down to warm so the dip stays nice and warm and melted ready to enjoy throughout the entire game.
Trying to go low carb? Instead of chips try veggies- like carrots or celery, to give it that same crunch the chip provides.
