Make sure to use 50% power on microwave and check every 30 seconds and stir to avoid burning the trick to super smooth and velvety chocolate is a teaspoon of coconut oil. I used to struggle with clumping and never got a smooth chocolate when I would try to melt and this little hack does the trick every time!
